  • Be The Bard 8th-12th Graders Tuesdays, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM $150 High School, Theatre, Writing English teacher and published writer Damon Norko will help you become the Bard in this creative writing class focused on developing and submitting works of narrative fiction. The course will be half instructional, focusing on character development, setting, descriptions, theme, technique and semantics, and half workshop, where students can get feedback and guidance on their works-in-progress. Goals for the 12-week course will be to write, revise, and ultimately publish a poem, story, or play. A final event will celebrate the accomplishments of the students. Register

Based on the web series Good Times with Karli Cole, Karli will take your kids on a magical adventure in the comfort of the New Spire Spaces classroom. While Miss Karli occupies your little one, you can register for the contemporary dance class in the next room, then run your errands kid-free or enjoy some quiet time in the parent lounge. This class will introduce students to the exciting world of guitar repertoire from around the world. Designed for beginners with little or no previous experience in music, students will play melodies and chords and learn basic technique and musicianship, building a solid foundation for further study.
