Welcome to New Spire Arts 2018 Summer Camp offerings! All camps are one week long with the exception of the Olney Theatre Center Camp, which is two weeks. There are a variety of full- and half-day camps to choose from all summer long!
Payment Options: When registering for summer camps, there are now two ways to pay! Option 1: Pay a 25% non-refundable deposit on the full camp fee when you register to secure a spot in a New Spire Arts Summer Camp program. New Spire Arts will invoice you for the remainder of the payment via PayPal on May 1st, 2018. The deposit is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your registration. If the final payment is not received by May 7th, 2018, New Spire Arts reserves to the right to cancel any unpaid registrants with no return of fees. Please note that if you choose the deposit option, you are not eligible for any early bird discounts. Please contact us if you have any questions about the deposit payment option. Option 2: Pay the camp fee in full. If you have one, you can apply a discount code to receive a percentage off your registration fee. Discounts do not apply to YMCA camps.
Before & After Care:When registering, you can add before and/or after care for the week to your cart. Morning half-day camps are only eligible for before care and afternoon half-day camps are only eligible for after care. If you would like to register your child(ren) for before/after care on specific days, please contact us.
Before Care: 8:00am to 9:00am, $5 per child per day
After Care: 3:30pm to 5:00pm, $10 per child per day
Registering: Once you have added your desired camps to your cart, you will be asked for your contact information and the participant's name(s). Please note that you will need to complete the New Spire Arts registration forms for your registration to be complete. This includes the New Spire Arts Registration Form and the Health History form. You can download the forms here. Completed forms can be submitted one of the following ways: 1) Upload directly (requires Google account). 2) Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. 3) Mail forms to 11 W Patrick, Suite 203, Frederick MD 21701. 4) Deliver in-person.
