Join us in our studio for another dynamic yoga and dance flow class featuring music by old school hip-hop legends! The stereo will be bumpin' as we move, breathe, & sweat to the beat.   • Guitar Kick Start! 7th - 12th Graders Monday, January 22, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm $25 Middle, High School, Music If you received a guitar as a gift over the holiday and you aren’t sure what to do with it, this class is for you! In this two-hour workshop designed for absolute beginners, participants will learn basic skills to kickstart their new hobby. Learn how to hold the guitar, use a pick, play chords, and strum.   • Intro to Voice and Speech High School & Adults Saturday, February 10, 10:00 am - 1:30 pm $55 High School, Adults, Theatre Led by master teacher Nancy Krebs, this three-hour sensory-based workshop is an introduction to the (Arthur) Lessac Kinesensic Training—concentrating on breathing, posture, the importance and benefits of the consonants in speech and song, focusing the voice for more power without pain, and strategies for developing more awareness of a flexible and expressive physical presence onstage and off. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket for body work. Register
